Hotel Sonnleiten in Saalbach receives the “Best for People” award

Hotel Sonnleiten was recently honoured by the retailers’ cooperative Hogast for its high quality as an employer. This honour is awarded to companies providing the best working conditions and best working climate. Hotel Sonnleiten director Dino Gerns was pleased to receive this award in the name of the entire hotel team.

Hotel Sonnleiten is not only well-known among its guests for its quality and friendliness but its staff members also appreciate the overall spirit of the hotel. Therefore Hogast decided to award the “Best for People” certificate to this hotel in the region of Salzburg. Hoteldirector Dino Gerns comments, “Our team members truly enjoy their work and feel they are able to express their talents here. That our staff are truly pleased with their jobs can also be seen in the low turnover of personnel we have in all levels of jobs, from the cleaning staff to our chef. Hotel Sonnleiten wants to continue developing this level of satisfaction by integrating staff members even more into their workplace structure.

Our hotel was evaluated on the basis of an independent survey with a questionnaire for our staff provided by the market research company Manova GmbH.

Our “fairies” in the background are devoted to keeping our house orderly and clean. Mrs. Rada (right) has been in charge of the housekeeping for over 12 years now.
