Additional information worth knowing:

Arrival: rooms are ready to move in by 2 p.m. 
Your inclusives start from 3:30pm day of arrival.
Departure: rooms have to be left by 11 a.m.
Inclusive services end with breakfast on your day of departure!

Your recieve your ski passes right at the reception. Infromation and reservation for ski school and ski rental in the hotel as well.
Free transfer for beginners and children to and from the ski school in out hotel's bus.

Our Reservation and cancellation conditions: Your reservation has to be confirmed by a deposit on your part or by announcing the number of your credit card (VISA or MASTER). As from the reservation the common Austrian hotel contract conditions are valid. In case of late arrival and(or early departure we have to charge the room's price less catering. Cancellation without fee until 2 months before arrival. Cancellation at least one month before arrival: cancellation fee in the amount of 3 days room's price (without catering). Cancellation within one month before arrival: all rooms that can not be resold will be charged (less catering) for the whole period booked. If confirming your reservation by credit card the sum will be debited directly to your credit card.
