The portfolio
of winter activities in Saalbach is almost endless.
Cross country skiing
Try the 10km
long cross country ski track from the top of the valley with a difference in
altitude of 100m, or alternatively the 2km long elevated cross country ski track
in Hinterglemm.
Bobsleighing
There are numerous
sleighing trails available; one of them at the Reiterkogel is even illuminated
at night, to provide plenty of sleighing fun both day and
night.
Winter hike – snowshoe hike
There are
over 40km of prepared hiking tracks in winter in Saalbach Hinterglemm. For those
who love the sun but do not want to go skiing, there is a special sunshine map.

are offered from December to Easter.
Horse carriage
ride
Experience a romantic ride on a horse carriage across
magnificent winter landscapes.
Ice skating and
curling
An ice skating rink is available for both ice skating and
curling.
Rides on the snowmobile, quad and snow
groomer
A special challenge: speed up on a prepared skidoo track.
Special instructions and driving details will be given
to you on the spot. The Glemmy Offroad Park allows
for some great speed races on winter quads.
